This research symposium brings together researchers, policymakers and practitioners to explore the relationship between cultural heritage and authoritarianism. Posters and presentations will address four key themes: the authoritarian uses of the past, transitions from and to authoritarianism, the material and immaterial legacies of authoritarianism and the boundaries of authoritarianism.
