The Cambridge Heritage Research Centre (CHRC) welcomes Visiting Scholars at postdoctoral and doctoral level as affiliated members and affiliated graduate members. Applications are made through either the McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research or a host faculty or department. The length of stay, facilities available, bench fees payable, and application deadlines, vary between host institutions. Applicants should check details with host institutions via the links given below. Visiting Scholars accepted to one of the CHRC partner faculties or departments and undertaking research in heritage, will receive affiliated membership of the Cambridge Heritage Research Centre for the duration of their stay and can benefit from the networking opportunities and events the CHRC has to offer. Applicants wishing to be considered for CHRC affiliated status should notify the at the point of application.
