Kelly Lendsay (President & CEO, Indigenous Works)
Craig Hall (Chief Operating Officer, Indigenous Works)
Rick Colbourne (Assistant Professor, Carleton University)

Around the world place-based communities and Indigenous populations are advancing environmentally responsible and sustainable business initiatives. These initiatives are often informed by traditional values and knowledge systems that can be seen to enhance business practice and place heritage at the heart of new enterprises.

In this Q & A session CHRC members ,Dr Dacia Viejo Rose and Dr Tanja Hoffmann, talk to Kelly, Craig and Rick about the work of Indigenous Works, a national social enterprise working with companies and organizations to strengthen their performance and results in Indigenous employment, workplace engagement and inclusion, and the current developments in heritage based community enterprises in Canada.
